ICON AWARD Ursula Burns
This video here is a tribute to Ursula Burns, the First Black and Woman CEO of a Fortune 500 company named Xerox. This video was created in three days with writing by my partner and art and editing led by myself .
CORPORATE CHAMPION Procter & Gamble
Procter and Gamble needs no introduction. This company has set the standard for showing how multiple races, cultures and backgrounds can be represented through advertising. This video celebrates their history and their commitment to making the world a more inclusive place.
BEACON OF LIGHT Black Enterprise
This video is for Black Enterprise a company committed to highlighting achievements of black business men and women. For over 50 years this company has helped Black creators get the recognition they deserve on a monthly basis.
TRAILBLAZER AWARD Karen S. Carter
Karen S. Carter started working at Dow as an intern, over time she has worked her way to being the company’s first Black Woman CEO. Her hard work has allowed for the companies long lasting success. She now passes down her knowledge and skills to the next generation to allow for more Black leadership in the future.
The BECA Playbook
The BECA playbook is a two year long program that teaches high level black talent on how to develop their careers. This prepares those who participate for C-Suite level and high leadership roles.
